New Features & enhancements (2.32.0)
- New Consent Configuration UI: Consent in Fides is now more flexible to configure and much easier to preview. Create privacy experiences for all your locations around the world, assign privacy notices, all from a new UI that includes a live preview of what will be served to users! Contact the Ethyca support team for more information.
- Consent Localization: Privacy experiences and privacy notices in Fides now supports localization in 38 languages, with more being added all the time. Create privacy notices and experiences with suggested translations included with Fides, review them for accuracy, and serve consent in the languages your users speak!
- Locations and Regulations Configuration: Fides now includes a configuration to specify the locations you operate in and the regulations that govern privacy in those locations. By default, all US states and territories, Canadian provinces, and European Economic Area countries are selected and you can add and remove additional locations as required. These locations determine what you can select when configuring consent and will be used to provide additional privacy intelligence in other areas of the product in the future.
